When a shadowy excavation crew led by cult leader, JOSEPH LESHEM, uncovers an ancient chamber, they unleash the infinite power held within.  Knowing the wrath about to befall the entire planet, they wait in great anticipation as what they have been waiting for …has begun!  A massive megalith thousands of miles away begins to whirl to life.  The mysterious monument, STONEHENGE, has suddenly become much more than just ancient ruins.  As the stones of the prehistoric landmark begin to turn and rotate, a strange wave of energy is released.  Coincidentally, or so it seems, massive disasters begin to ignite all over the globe - disasters that may very well end the world as we know it!

When occult radio talk-show host and resident conspiracy theorist, JACOB GLASER, learns of the bizarre happenings at STONEHENGE, he goes to the Salisbury Plains to investigate.  But DR. JOHN TROUSDALE and DR. KAYCEE LEADS already have a full team of “real scientists” inspecting the site and Jacob soon finds out that his visit is not welcome.  STONEHENGE is now a government-restricted area and JACOB is trespassing.    He manages to escape the military officers the first time but the second time, he’s not so lucky. 

However, JACOB has already witnessed enough.  Although shocked at what he sees, he might know exactly what is going on.  As unbelievable as it sounds, JACOB believes STONEHENGE is part of an ancient terra-forming machine, left by man’s ancestors hundreds of thousands of years ago… except it has been switched  on.  Now, what once made life habitable on Earth eons ago…is going to wipe it out! 

But the brightest scientific minds in the world are convinced it is preposterous and theological.  However as the disasters become increasingly worse and far more deadly, KAYCEE and JOHN both begin to realize their logical thinking cannot solve the problem this time.  Regardless, JOHN remains skeptical and continues searching for scientific answers.  But KAYCEE increasingly finds herself siding with JACOB.  JACOB insists that the key to stopping it is to find an ancient relic called the Antikythera Mechanism and solve the riddle it holds within.  With the clock ticking and the countdown to doomsday dwindling down, KAYCEE and JACOB violate strict orders to go find the mechanism before it’s too late.     

With the entire earth in danger of complete annihilation, JACOB’S infamous theories that once gave him a reputation as a kook, are now being relied upon to help save the world.  With the assistance of KAYCEE, JACOB must stop this great and ancient monument from obliterating the entire planet.  But this will be no easy feat as LESHEM and his followers will do anything to make sure the world sees its end and new beginning, as it succumbs to the fate of STONEHENGE’S APOCALYPSE!
