After learning that terrorists have used a mysterious virus to kill the entire population of a small village, the PRESIDENT of the United States enlists the help of a brilliant scientist and her team to find a cure. He then retreats to a quarantined northwestern island where he can continue to govern the country from a safe zone.

But when terrorists penetrate the security of the quarantine in a jumbo jet full of children, the President must go into action to prevent the spread of the horrifying plague and the destruction of the human race.
